    Course Description

    Enterprise Analysis is the set of related activities, techniques and skills that allow the Business Analyst to fully identify the business area, the business need, problem or opportunity. Additionally, it provides the basis to develop, define and analyze potential solutions, justify the investment and resources necessary to implement the necessary solution.

    This course aligns with the v2.0 BABOK® Guide. This course is endorsed by the IIBA® and offers 19.5 CDU credits.
