Technical Requirements
A class confirmation will be sent to you with instructions to test if your computer can successfully connect to the virtual classroom environment. Your registration will not be complete until you perform the series of connectivity tests prior to the class start date.
To utilize virtual training, the computer used for the training must meet the following requirements:
Windows 98, 2000, 2003 and XP, and Vista
- Internet Explorer® 6 or newer
- Firefox 2 or newer
- Mozilla 1.7 or higher
- JavaScript™ and Java™ enabled
- Cable modem, DSL or better Internet connection
- Minimum of Pentium® class 1GHz CPU with 512 MB of RAM (Recommended) (2 GB of RAM for Windows® Vista)
Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger®) or newer
- Safari 3.0 or newer
- Firefox 2.0 or newer
- JavaScript™ and Java™ enabled
- Cable modem, DSL or better Internet connection
- Power PC G4/G5 or Intel processor (521 MB of RAM or better recommended)
