Overview
Welcome to our Microsoft 365 courseware. Microsoft 365 is a subscription-based software online office and software services suite. It incorporates access to online services such as cloud storage.This course is intended to help Microsoft 365 users of all skill levels understand the feature updates made in 2022. It will focus on four Microsoft 365 products – Word (word processing), Excel (spreadsheets), PowerPoint (presentations), and Outlook (email and calendars).

Topics
Lesson 1: Word Feature Updates
- In the first lesson, students will learn how to track only personal changes in a document, proofread selected text within a document, use the dictation toolbar and save Word documents in the OpenDocument format
- Next, students will learn about the new features in Microsoft Excel. These features include working with Excel 4.0 macros, using the Navigation pane in Excel, copying data from the status bar, using the Automate tab in Excel for desktop, using LAMBDA: Helper functions, supercharging worksheets with 14 new text and array functions, getting data for workbooks by importing an image, and saving spreadsheets in the OpenDocument Format (ODF).
- In this lesson we explore the new features in Microsoft PowerPoint. These features include using the Accessibility ribbon, using text anchored comments, recording videos with narration, and saving presentations in the OpenDocument Format (ODF).
- In the final lesson, students will learn about the new features released in Microsoft Outlook. These features include usings the improved address book search, using suggested replies, and turning off suggested replies.
