All prices are in AUD. Conference registration fee covers admittance to all general, elective sessions at the conference hotel.
It also covers meals, coffee breaks and networking activities mentioned in the event agenda.
Individual travel expenses, lodging, incidental expenses and additional meals are not included and will be paid by each attendee at the time the expense is incurred.

If you have received an invitation from IBM with a promotion code for a complimentary pass, please proceed through the registration process and apply the promotion code when prompted.
Registration opens
Monday 22-July 8am to 5pm
Tuesday 23-July 8am to 5pm
Wednesday 24-July 8am to 5pm
Keynote starts
Tuesday 23-July at 8am.
Attendees should plan to arrive on either Monday, 22 July during the day or on Tuesday, 23 July, early in the morning.
All sessions will be presented in English and business casual attire is appropriate for all conference sessions, including evening activities.
Substitutions and cancellations
Substitutions and cancellations should be made using the registration application. In order to change your registration record, you will be able to log back in to the registration application. Substitutions can be made at any time.
Late cancellations (fourteen calendar days before the event) or no-shows will be charged the full tuition fee. Online registration ends at 5:00 p.m. one day prior to event start date. Hotel cancellations and substitutions must be made directly to the hotel or via the travel agency.
